How It Works
01. Get In Touch
Let me know if you’re interested in a personal chef. Once your appointment is booked, we talk about the menu! We will discuss which cuisine you prefer, serving style, allergies, etc.
02. Event Order
Once the event order is completed, we will review it together and make adjustments to meet all of the client’s expectations.
03. Payment
Reservation deposit is collected in order to secure the event. Payment options include Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Credit Card and Cash.
04. Meal Prepping
I will shop for the finest ingredients around town to create the most exquisite dish and experience for your event!
05. Let’s Cook!
I will arrive 2-3 hours prior to the event’s start time to begin setting up & bring the fine dining experience to your table.
06. Bon Appétit
You won’t have to move a finger! I will take care of everything leaving the kitchen spotless for you. At the end of the event, I will collect the final payment and kindly ask for an online review!

Chef Michael Roemhildt

Michael’s Kitchen, LLC (MK) was founded on June 9th, 2022 by Chef Michael Roemhildt. After gaining experience in both fast food and casual restaurants for several years. Michael decided to build his own business. He graduated in May of 2023 with a degree in Associate’s in Applied Science in Culinary Arts from Horry-Georgetown Technical College at the International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach.
Chef Dante Passeri

Chef Dante Passeri is excited to be joining the team at Michael’s Kitchen this fall. He is working towards his Associate’s degree in applied science at Horry-Georgetown Technical College’s International Culinary Institute of Myrtle Beach. Originally from northeast Pennsylvania. Dante graduated from a 3-year culinary arts program in high school. Passeri relocated to Myrtle Beach in July of 2021 and started his college journey in August.
